All tenants & sublets are required to have valid renter’s insurance throughout their tenancy.
A limited number of lockers are available, great for storing an extra set of tires or equipment!
Move-in Day!
- You will receive move-in instructions via email on the start date of your lease, as long as you have:
- completed the lease package and
- submitted proof of Renter’s Insurance during VEDA business hours
- Our contactless move-in process makes moving in a breeze! You can move in at your own convenience.
- Early move-ins are not possible. Check your lease if you forget your start date!
NOTE: Staff are unavailable to process paperwork on weekends. Please ensure you submit proof of renter’s insurance prior to the weekend/evening in order to receive move-in instructions on time!
